Her journey with AI began during one of the most challenging periods in education, the post-COVID teacher shortage. As a campus principal serving a high-need student population, she managed staffing shortages, instructional quality, family communication, and operational demands with limited resources. To sustain her campus and support her staff, she turned to artificial intelligence to streamline processes, improve planning systems, and reduce administrative overload.

What began as a survival strategy quickly became a powerful leadership and efficiency tool.
